These terms are the agreement between you and Henrique Pacheco, who runs Good Work (good-work.app) from Portugal. By creating an account or using Good Work, you agree to them. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
The service
Good Work lets you track the things you care about, review your progress and see trends over time. It is a personal tracking tool, not medical, financial or professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making health or financial decisions.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at goodworkfeedback@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Plans, trial and payment
- The free plan costs nothing and has no time limit.
- Premium is a subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
- Premium starts with a 30-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Family, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Payments for a billing period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, email goodworkfeedback@gmail.com.
- If the price changes, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Families
- A family can have up to 5 members besides the person who created it, counting pending invitations.
- When a family owner subscribes to Premium, everyone in the family gets Premium.
- Each member's tracked data stays private to them. Owners can't see other members' metrics.
- Owners manage the subscription and can remove members, who then lose Premium. If the only owner deletes their account, the family and its subscription end.
Integrations
Integrations such as Withings connect to services run by other companies, under their own terms. They depend on those services being available, and we may add, change or remove integrations over time.
Your data
What you track belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Good Work for you. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use Good Work for anything illegal, or to harm or harass anyone;
- try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around security or plan limits;
- overload the service or scrape it with automated tools;
- resell or copy the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Good Work available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. Features may change over time. If we remove a Premium feature you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on what you track. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending your use
You can stop using Good Work and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll tell account holders before they take effect. Questions? Email goodworkfeedback@gmail.com.
